Hi, I bought my M3 a couple years ago and now, with some friends using Zwift for their winter training, I would like to know if I can convert my M3 into a M3i ?
I assume that I will have to replace the computer, that's correct? If it's the case, what is the cost of that??

That ultimately depends on how old your M3 cycle is. You can upgrade an M3 to an M3i if the cycle was manufactured after January 1st, 2015. If you can email me the serial number I'll get a parts quote sent out to you.

I had originally ordered a cheap bike off of Amazon and quickly discovered I got what I paid for. It arrived damaged, rusted, and it was so small that even at the largest adjustment setting, I couldn't ride it without instant hip pain at just 5'5". I was then considering a Peloton bike because I love the Peloton app, but after reading reviews, I decided to get the Keiser M3 instead - so glad I did! I could tell the bike was packaged with care, and it was easy for me to set up. The ride is incredibly comfortable and quiet. I set my iPad on the handlebars so I can ride along with the Peloton app and it works great. Customer service has been good as well. Thanks, Keiser!

After clearing up a misunderstanding regarding shipping, I can say that I appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of the company to get my new bike (M3) to me in Alaska. Honestly, I never was an indoor bike fan and before I purchased my M3 I shopped for over a month before deciding on the M3. It was the quality of the M3 bikes and the placement of the flywheel to the rear along with not having to pay for a workout subscription in order to get a bike like some of the other large manufacturers require.

Great bike

These are excellent bikes. I'm a Fitness Director, and we have a room full of the M3s for our Cycling classes. Very smooth ride. My only wish is that the odometer measurements on the M3 were in a commonly understood distance (miles, meters). I've been told by a Keiser technician that on the M3s, for every so many revolutions, it registers 1 click on the odometer. But does not necessarily equate to miles or meters. I think the newer computer modules may have corrected this. Otherwise, excellent bikes.

You're correct, the M3 is designed to be a bit more utilitarian and tracks distance using pedal stroke count. It's still a long unit of distance that will help you train, it just doesn't equate exactly to a mile. We do track miles on our M3i using your wattage output.

Amazing bike!

The bike is incredibly quiet and is very solidly built. I use for spin class and there is no wobble or vibration shifting from a hard climb to a racing sprint. The gear shifter is so much easier than other bike with a tension twist mechanism.
