A Very Nice Ride and shopping experience

After clearing up a misunderstanding regarding shipping, I can say that I appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of the company to get my new bike (M3) to me in Alaska. Honestly, I never was an indoor bike fan and before I purchased my M3 I shopped for over a month before deciding on the M3. It was the quality of the M3 bikes and the placement of the flywheel to the rear along with not having to pay for a workout subscription in order to get a bike like some of the other large manufacturers require.

Great bike

These are excellent bikes. I'm a Fitness Director, and we have a room full of the M3s for our Cycling classes. Very smooth ride. My only wish is that the odometer measurements on the M3 were in a commonly understood distance (miles, meters). I've been told by a Keiser technician that on the M3s, for every so many revolutions, it registers 1 click on the odometer. But does not necessarily equate to miles or meters. I think the newer computer modules may have corrected this. Otherwise, excellent bikes.

Hey Allen,

You're correct, the M3 is designed to be a bit more utilitarian and tracks distance using pedal stroke count. It's still a long unit of distance that will help you train, it just doesn't equate exactly to a mile. We do track miles on our M3i using your wattage output.

Amazing bike!

The bike is incredibly quiet and is very solidly built. I use for spin class and there is no wobble or vibration shifting from a hard climb to a racing sprint. The gear shifter is so much easier than other bike with a tension twist mechanism.

Awesome indoor bike

The bike is awesome. It is a quiet and smooth ride and provides a great workout. I was a little disappointed that it was supposed to include at stretch pad (which did not come with my bike) and the process to assemble it required purchasing some very expensive tools.

But all in all, a good quality bike.

We hear this pretty often, I think we need to label the stretch pads more clearly. The stretch pads are the rear-mounted end caps on the cycle with the raised "pyramid" shaped platform. They are designed to provide a stretching platform for your feet before and after cycling.
