My first Indoor bike

The real deal

After buying a fluid trainer which did not provide enough resistance to stand up out of the seat, I bought the M3 as I had been riding it for years in cycle class at the gym. But that's not happening now due to covid.
This M3 exactly the same, thank you.
One minor issue, if you want to be 100% correct in the assembly manual, on page 10 #4 the Handelbar screws are not located in the post. They are screwed into the Handelbar. I couldn't find them at first and was going to email you.
This is one of the most highest quality products I've ever bought.

Great bike, slow sales response

I love this bike. It's smooth, quiet and comfortable. It was easy to assemble and came sooner than promised. The sales department did not respond to my initial email asking questions before I purchased on-line. I had to chase them on the phone twice to get answers.

Bought the Keiser M3 as an early birthday gift to myself and a proactive step to prepare for the CoVid Seattle winter. It was shipped promptly and even arrived ahead of time! It was packaged very well and everything arrived in mint condition. Assembly was pretty easy and straightforward, if there were any questions, there are plenty of YouTube videos to watch and learn! Total time was about 1.5-2hrs including unpacking and organizing.

Have been riding it for about 2 weeks now and love it! Am used to the keiser bike from spin classes and my local gym and was not disappointed with the home setup.
Definitely a worthwhile purchase, I predict this bike will last me a good 10+ years.

Great Bike Except Pedals

Smooth ride, beautiful design visually and mechanically. However, pedal design needs improvement. When a rider is clipped into the pedal side for bike shoes with cleats, the toe cage straps on the other side flop around, making annoying noise and motion. We have had to fashion a way to tie down the cages and straps with silicone bands. There should be an option to either remove the toe cages when not in use or secure them so they do not move. FYI, we want and use both, so do not eliminate the toe cage, just design an improvement so it is not in the way when other pedal mechanism is in use.

We generally recommend tying the pedal straps around the cage, that eliminates the slapping sound. You can also remove the cage in its entirety if desired with the two AA screws on the front of the cage.
