Quality bike and great customer service

I did a lot of research before buying this bike. I also use it at Orangetheory Fitness and fell in love with the smooth ride. Also love how the wheel is under the seat and doesn’t get wet with sweat.
My husband put it together in about 40 minutes, which he said was easy.

Now the bad part which Keiser had no control over. United Parcel Service delivered the box which was damaged. The lever was broken and front the front roller wheel was slightly bent which does not affect the ride. I sent photos to Keiser and promptly received an email and phone call from them. They overnighted a new lever. I was very impressed with the customer service.
I rode 40 miles on my first ride and it was quiet and smooth as silk.

Great Bike

I finally broke down and purchased the M3 and I could not be happier with the bike. I had previously used one in my old gym, so I am not surprised at the quality. The only minor issue that I have run into is that a couple of screws were missing so I could not attach the handlebars right away. Luckily, Keiser support was great and were able to overnight me the missing screws.

Love this bike.....always in the gym riding Keiser in spin and now have one at home. Awesome
bike, quiet, responsive. If I were to buy again, would get the M3i because of the adjustable
handlebars, but that is just a preference.

Love my bike!

I discovered Keiser bikes at a health club to which I belonged and immediately fell in love with them. Subsequently, when my doctor told me I needed to cut back on my running due to multiple knee injuries, I looked into purchasing a Keiser bike to supplement my aerobic workouts. Assembly was relatively easy (do you really need a torque wrench?) and I love the ease of changing resistance while peddling. My wife appreciates the ease and range of riding positions, and we both like how quiet it is during operation.

Is it a bit expensive? Yes, but I will wait to see how well it stands up to the test of time before deciding whether it's worth the price.

We get the torque wrench question a lot, and yes it's needed for assembly to ensure the cycle operates to its intended specifications. Applying proper torque ensures you won't stripe bolts when tightening the bolts that anchor the frame to the base, as well as each pedal. The torque wrench isn't a super common tool, which is why we include it in our optional assembly and maintenance kit for the M3i.

Best bike I've ever been on.

I used to do cycling classes at the gym so I've been on every stationary bike there is and this one is by far the best I've ever experienced. It's so well-made and rides so smooth. I couldn't be happier with it!
