Amazing product, top quality, amazing service ! I am so happy with my new Keiser !

After much dithering over which stationary bike my still-suffering-the-pandemic body needed, I went with what seemed the most straightforward and true -- the bike I'd used in gym spin classes pre-pandemic. I was hesitant at first about the price, but the reviews of its reliability made the Keiser seem right. After all, I'd be the one to now fix it if anything went wrong. I was hesitant about putting the bike together myself, as I don't know one wrench from another, but the task taught me all I had to know about the bike: how it worked overall, how the parts worked together, what I'd need to take apart if a pedal went wonky. This bike is beautiful, well built. Super easy to use and remember seat and handle bar settings. Easy to assemble but I wish I didn't have to spend so much $$$ on tools to assemble. I have a well stocked toolbox and still found myself at the hardware store buying tools.

There are two types of bikes at my club, Keiser M3 and one made by a company that was once based in Chicago. I ride the M3 all the time. It is the closest thing you will find to an actual road bike. A lot of indoor bikes have a bottom bracket that is way too wide and it alters your stroke and cadence. The M3 feels like you could affix a fork and front wheel and hit the streets. In the market to buy one for the home and I am happy to see the positive reviews on the site from people who feel similarly.

The bike arrived right on time. It was packaged very well and was pretty easy to put together, took about an hour. I've ridden it 10 times and it's been great! Super quiet and solid. Tension control works well and the readout has everything I need—duration, watts, and heart rate (synchs up instantly with my Polar hear rate monitor). I got this bike because I rode one for years at my local fitness center. It's commercial quality in every way.

There isn't much to add on to what everyone else has said about this bike. Its really a no fuss, no frills but a quality bike that will stand the test of time.. and trends. I spin at the LA gym quite often so I had prior experience on this bike. However, I'm not going to lie -- I was tempted to join the fan club of another said bike (rhymes with Veloton, lol). I'm glad I went with my instincts because while the bells and whistles are exciting, I wanted a bike that will endure many rides. Plus, the added bonus is that Keiser is made in the USA. I had no problems putting the bike together and it works exactly as I expected. I have been using an M3 bike at the local YMCA for over a year so I was completely comfortable with everything about the bike. I was charged $1,964.00 for the bike when the price for the M3 on your website is $1,795.00 so there is obviously something wrong there! So please check the details at your end. When I saw the bill I expected to get the more expensive model but the M3 is fine.... except for the price. Can you please check what went wrong? I'm 82 years old and have been an amateur racing cyclist my whole life and still do 120 miles a week. The indoor bike is only for the winter. If I don't hear from you I will call your office to get the discrepancy sorted out. Thanks
