The ride does not disappoint! Having worked out on Keiser M3 bikes at three different gyms, I knew this piece of equipment was worth the investment. The missing star is due to the condition in which the bike arrived. The box was badly battered. There is a nick in frame paint that we plan to touch-up and the handle bar cover was marred in a few places. Keiser customer service was quick to respond and a new handle bar is on it's way!

If you want a cardio workout ... this is the fitness equipment for you. If you are an avid bicyclist and need to keep in shape during those long winter months ... this is the training equipment for you. You will achieve a workout sweat within ten minutes ... so have a towel ready!
Super friendly staff and excellent customer service. Received my indoor bike within 7 days of placing the order. Equipment was double packed in thick cardboard boxes and bike was mounted on a wooden plank to prevent it from shifting inside the cardboard boxes. Bike was wrapped in cellophane for further protection. It only took around 30 minutes to assemble after reading the instructions.
The pedaling action on this bike is soo smooth and makes you feels like you are on an actual bicycle ......

There is zero mechanical noise when pedaling or shifting. The seat and handlebar are easily adjusted and do not shake or wobble (very sturdy). The seat is a standard size and well padded ... but I still wear my riding pants during workouts.
The workout display enables me to keep a consistent cadence and heart rate during my workout(s). The ride transition from seated to standing is superb ... there is zero jerking on the pedaling actions (I like to increase the resistance just prior to transitioning to standing). It only took me one workout / ride to get everything adjusted to my body type (seat and handlebars heights) and to determine the resistance(s) for my targeted heart rate.
This bike is soo well made that I can honestly say it will last a lifetime ... maintenance is minimal. Don't forget to order a media holder if your model doesn't come with one already.

You can easily find a conversion table online for the Peloton app If you want to use it. My husband loved that it came with the tools for assembly. He is also impressed by the bike.
