Met all expectations

Straightforward setup. Delivered 3 days after I ordered. Arrived in good shape with no missing parts. I have used this same bike for 8 years at LA FITNESS. I quit going to the fitness center after Covid began and missed the workouts. Back in the saddle again Very quiet bike.

Handle bars

I really like this spin bike but the distance to the handle bars made it difficult to use. I am 6’1”. I turned the handle bars around so they face me; big, positive difference. Allen wrench metric 6 mm needed. A bit hard to brake free and then reattach. Bolts need to be all the way up and centered to reattach

Great bike!

I bought this bike because it’s what I used at my gym, which shut down due to COVID. After more than a year of not doing spinning classes and putting on 10 lbs, I couldn’t take it anymore. Best pandemic purchase! Well built and well designed, sturdy. Assembly video was very helpful, along with the manual, including suggestions for regular maintenance you can take care of on your own. Pro tip, get the tool kit, dumbbell holder, and gel seat cover (boyfriend loves it!). I use the Peloton app to do classes.

Quality bike and great customer service

I did a lot of research before buying this bike. I also use it at Orangetheory Fitness and fell in love with the smooth ride. Also love how the wheel is under the seat and doesn’t get wet with sweat.
My husband put it together in about 40 minutes, which he said was easy.

Now the bad part which Keiser had no control over. United Parcel Service delivered the box which was damaged. The lever was broken and front the front roller wheel was slightly bent which does not affect the ride. I sent photos to Keiser and promptly received an email and phone call from them. They overnighted a new lever. I was very impressed with the customer service.
I rode 40 miles on my first ride and it was quiet and smooth as silk.
