Great Bike & Great Customer Service

I love this spin bike. I have another spin bike which is dated and really enjoyed this one when I am at the gym so I made the purchase. Very easy to put together, looks like maintenance is minimal and comfortable bike to ride on. This is strictly for home use so I am hoping to have this for a long time! Mike Douglass was awesome to work with! His customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend this bike and Mike too!

I've been riding on these for a while at the gym. When they cut back on live classes, I knew it was time for me to quit the gym and ride on my own. I would not have bought any other bike. They are great! I wish the handlebars adjusted forward and back on the M3 model, but I didn't want to pay more for the next level up. Otherwise, it's perfect!

Quiet, solid ride

The ride does not disappoint! Having worked out on Keiser M3 bikes at three different gyms, I knew this piece of equipment was worth the investment. The missing star is due to the condition in which the bike arrived. The box was badly battered. There is a nick in frame paint that we plan to touch-up and the handle bar cover was marred in a few places. Keiser customer service was quick to respond and a new handle bar is on it's way!
