Everything I wanted--super fun to ride.
My replacement bike arrived yesterday. There was a problem with my first bike's belt that made it really hard to crank. We assembled that one ourselves and it was not difficult, but it took my husband and I about an hour. Keiser's technician listened to our concern and happened to be the person who delivered and installed the new fully assembled bike, about a week later. I rode it for a 45 min ride today: whisper quiet, smooth and really easy to adjust. I like the accurate engineering that functions intuitively and moves evenly-- not rickety when I adjust or pedal. Saddle is pretty comfortable, although the bolts were tightened super tight. After some fine tuning, I will have it perfectly fitted. It was a sound investment, because I enjoy riding it. The bike showed up in great condition. Complex packaging. Assembled in 1.5 hours. Works great. Feels like a real road bike. Very simple to operate.

Great bike and great experience with the company
After not having a regular exercise plan for a couple of years, I decided it was time to get back to it. Living in a climate that is cold in the winter, I was looking for a way to get good workouts inside.

The bike has been great, and I'm well on my way to establishing a new exercise routine using the bike. How the biked looked was not one of my top criteria, but I'd say it's the best looking indoor exercise bike out there! It was easy to put together, and seems to be of very high quality in every way.
The bike is almost completely silent and the resistance adjustment is very smooth. Not being in great shape at the moment, my setting is very low, but it can get a lot higher when I need that in the future.
I love the media tray and use it for video classes on my iPad. I'm extremely happy with the purchase, and I'm glad my order with the other company didn't work out!

Really solid product
Surprising how much resistance the magnets provide. Only negative I can think of is the seat is painful to ride on at first. My body got used to it after 2 weeks, comfortable ride now.

In case you were unaware, if you're finding our seat uncomfortable you can always swap it out! Any seat that fits on a "standard" road bike can be used on our seat post, the same is true for the pedals.

This Bike is Awesome!
Our office has a few old M3's and I have been riding them once a week for a few months in a company spin class. I picked the M3i over Peleton because of my experience with the older bike. It was easy to put together and I now ride 4-5 times a week and love it. It is so quiet and simple, but works great!

Worth every penny and then some
I did my research before buying an indoor bike. This is a well built bike. I love it. I don’t think I could have bought a better bike. This seems to be the best.
