I sent a request for support via the website as I cannot understand how the optional dumbbell holder attaches to the bike. I also asked if I could get a replacement for the flywheel retaining ring as it is scratched. So far I have had no reply to either of these questions. I had a similar issue with a question about shipping. The bike is amazing and of extremely high quality but the customer support and communication are not in keeping.

This is the highest quality of gym equipment I have ever used! I have ridden stationary bikes at gym for years, but always favored Keiser bikes. We finally purchased one for our home and couldn't be happier. Like all other Keiser models we have ridden, this one is build strong with care and quality from handle to fly wheel. We have never had a bad ride on the Keiser. The customer service we received from the Keiser company was stellar. Would highly recommend this bike for any home gym.

We received the M3i and it was shipped in perfect condition. I was impressed by the care in which it was wrapped and boxed. The assembly was easy, just have the tools laid out prior to starting. My wife was also impressed with the quality of the bike and it's parts while under assembly. We can't believe how quiet the bike is while riding it. It is the closest thing to an outdoor bike you can get, and quite comfortable when you adjust it to your personal riding style. I'm 6'3" and my wife 5'8" and we have no difficulties adjusting to our styles. My wife absolutely loves it and said it's far better than her spin class bikes at Lifetime Fitness. If you're wondering if you should get this bike, don't hesitate it's worth the price and we highly recommend...
