Beginner and beyond

The bike was easy to assemble and is a great way to exercise for beginners and beyond. I used an earlier version in spin classes before moving and knew I needed this bike when osteoarthritis started ailing me. It’s a great way to get moving with no impact on the knees. Getting used to the saddle takes some time and finding the right set up for a good ride can take some small tweaks, but the ease of changing seat and bar settings is great. I also prefer the Kaiser resistance control lever compared to the knob of other spin bikes. My Keiser M3i was worth every dollar.

Money well spent.

While this bike is "upper end," it is also worth every penny. I am 6'4" and while most bikes say they can fit me, they don't. This one does. The bike itself is both silent and silk to ride, meaning less joint stress and less subconscious emotional stress. I never thought that the silent part would make much difference, but now that I have experienced it for myself, it does. The bike itself is very solid, and I never feel unsteady, even when pushing my limits. And since I am 200lbs, I could not say that with the other spinning cycles I have ridden. The curved crank arms and the dual purpose pedals are also a big bonus. Using bluetooth to record my rides is also a big plus.

Great Spin Bike, but BKOOL software is disappointing.

Well engineered product. Easy to assemble and set-up.
Smooth operation.
Design allows for a comfortable custom fit for both me (6'-1") & my wife (5'-4")

Great bike - bit of a PIA to assemble, especially if screws are stripped or stuck....

I used the M3 at Pelo Fitness in San Rafael for a couple years before purchasing one for my home. A great bike. We did have a problem with assembly because the bike arrived with a stripped screw for holding down the flywheel guard...I got it out with a vise grip and cleaned up the damaged threads. Also, one other phillips screw was in way too tight and I had use a T-handled screw driver to remove it.

Keiser responded:

Timmp,

Not happy to hear your cycle arrived with stripped parts, but kudos to your ingenuity! You cna also give us a call at 1-800-888-7009 if anything is off and we'll move to correct the issue ASAP.

Thank you,

Best Spin Bike Ever!

I just got mine in early January but I love it. I have had back surgery and this bike puts no pressure on my spine when I am sitting, standing or leaning over the bars. Shifting is smooth - it fits all my needs.

Amazing!

We bought this bike after using an older spin bike and the Peloton app. After extensive research we decided that the quality and performance of the Keiser were exactly what we were looking for. We ordered it without ever seeing one in person and it is worth every penny. Whisper quiet, so precise, the seat is comfortable, you don’t have to plug it in, etc. Love that it is adjustable and can fit both of us (5 feet and over 6 feet tall) comfortably. I recommend the M3i to anybody!

Sweet ride

The bike itself was extremely easy to assemble. Adjustments are super easy, the ride is smooth and quiet. I have to take one star off because the Keiser iOS apps aren't that useful, and the onboard computer doesn't sync with much of anything else. The bike itself is a Rolls Royce, integration with the outside world is more like a Ford Pinto

Keiser responded:

Hello John_SR,

Have you tried to connect to the BKOOL app? Aside from the data collection, FTP testing and guided cycling sessions available on our Keiser M Series app, BKOOL has thousands of virtual trails you can ride through!

You can also get a ton of use out of apps that interact with our cycle, but don't directly connect, like the Peloton app for streaming spin classes!
