Great Bike with One Major Flaw

The bike arrived on schedule. It was easy to assemble and it is extremely quiet. For the money, Keiser should invest in a quality seat instead of the rock hard version that comes with the bike. The seat was so hard that my wife and I decide to wait on a replacement seat from Amazon. It is comfortable now.

Amazon, bike shops, there are a ton of places with seats that can be used in place of the one it comes with.

I've been a cycle instructor for almost 20 years and have had the opportunity to ride many brands, variations and years of indoor spin bikes. So when the time came to purchase one for home use, I researched, rode, researched more and kept coming back to Keiser. Being one of the first and one of leaders of cycle technology is something that shines through with this bike. Though lightweight, you have plenty of stability with the smoothest wheel out there and (in my opinion) the best functional movement built for any body type. I don't why I spent so much time and effort researching, this was the top of the line front-runner all along, and it did not disappoint.

Killer spin bike with a couple of issues to be resolved with your help.

I am very familiar with the Keiser M series bike from years of riding it in spin class. I love having my own at home. All is good except for two things: 1) the handlebars are slightly loose even after tightening ... when I put pressure/weight on them, they rock slightly and should be solid 2) I have only used your app once so far to record data (and additionally tried to connect with Strava)and it didn't work: the device on the bike, your app, and Strava all have very different results for the same ride. I have called your service people for help resolving these issues.

Hey Ted, just wanted to make sure that these issues were resolved. The handlebar wobble issue can generally be solved by re-installing the spacer, and our software guys can help you troubleshoot the Strava link issue to the Keiser M Series app.

I love my new Mi3, it’s sleek, quiet, comfortable, was easy to assemble, and pairs with all the apps I was interested in trying.
