Best Cycle

I'm a cycle instructor and I've used a few different bikes. I've always loved this bike the most. With COVID and gyms closed I missed riding and teaching so much. I ended up purchasing one. It was delivered quickly during these crazy times. My daughter who is 13 and I put it together without a problem. I got on and it was like I was home again. Customer service is amazing. Even when I didn't have a bike and I would call to ask questions they would answer without any problems. I feel confident with this company that they will take care of me when needed.

I love these bikes. I ordered one because the gym I went to has them. Overall the bike works. Had to wait for a replacement base which was fine. Now the monitor doesn’t turn on and never did. Still waiting on response from your team as to how to fix.

After doing lot of researching and comparing other bikes, I am glad I found Keiser M3i bike to be the best. It's expensive but it is made in the USA !!!
Our initial contact was Mike Douglas who was very professional. He helped us with the decision fast. He explained the difference between M3 & M3i.
The delivery was within the promised time and everything as promised. Overall, an excellent experience and an excellent product.
