I'm a cycle instructor and I've used a few different bikes. I've always loved this bike the most. With COVID and gyms closed I missed riding and teaching so much. I ended up purchasing one. It was delivered quickly during these crazy times. My daughter who is 13 and I put it together without a problem. I got on and it was like I was home again. Customer service is amazing. Even when I didn't have a bike and I would call to ask questions they would answer without any problems. I feel confident with this company that they will take care of me when needed.

I love these bikes. I ordered one because the gym I went to has them. Overall the bike works. Had to wait for a replacement base which was fine. Now the monitor doesn’t turn on and never did. Still waiting on response from your team as to how to fix.
