I will start with delivery. It was seamless. The product was shipped in a single box and was easy to maneuver to the location I wanted it installed with just a single person. The bike came partially installed, and the directions and packaging made it very easy to put together with one person. All of the parts arrived as they should have and as stated above installation was easy if you take your time.
The bike itself is awesome. The platform is rock solid, the pedal action is very smooth and I have had no issues thus far. I have had the bike for 12 days and have three people riding regularly daily. So far there have been no issues at all and it has been a very positive addition to the fitness fam. I highly recommend buying this bike, and wish I had done so much earlier.

Very easy to put together, I purchased the tools that accompany the bike and I had together in one hour. The ride is super smooth and and very quiet. I have the ridden the bike 6-7 times and my wife has also. She loves the bike. Thus far the Keiser M3i is a beautiful indoor bike that makes working out fun and enjoyable.

Obviously having this exercise equipment in my home during this time is a real benefit. Before buying I did a reasonable amount of research and I got down to the Kaiser and the Peleton. A good friend who is a certified personal trainer, recommended Kaiser and I am starting to choose American made products when possible. I have a friend who works at Peleton who offered a discount but despite that kind offer I went with Kaiser. There is no doubt that Peleton is a good product but I use spin shoes and I did not appreciate that Peleton requires buying their shoes.

Quiet, adjustable and really well made. The app / info tracking / training experience is a bit off; they'd do better partnering with others. But the bike is the main thing and it's hard to find fault with such a great experience.
