I typically do not like to buy equipment without checking it out in person, but I saw this bike on an episode of "How It's Made" and was confident in its construction. I'm a bigger guy (270 lbs), and I wanted something that was sturdy and would hold up over time. This bike is rock solid. I have bad knees and ankles, and I needed something low impact and smooth. I typically do not like to buy equipment without checking it out in person, but I saw this bike on an episode of "How It's Made" and was confident in its construction. I'm a bigger guy (270 lbs), and I wanted something that was sturdy and would hold up over time. This bike is rock solid. I have bad knees and ankles, and I needed something low impact and smooth. This bike is super smooth. The magnetic resistance system is genius and allows me to adjust on-the-fly without any jerkiness. It is also nearly silent, which is great whether you're following along with an intense class or taking a leisurely ride and listening to an audio book. The multiple adjustment points allow you to easily adjust it to your build for a comfortable ride. Prior to receiving the bike, they send an email "preparing" you for the bikes arrival, which includes a link to the manual and assembly video, which I appreciated. Assembly, was fairly easy, and I had no issues. I purchased the tool kit, and it had everything I needed.
Overall, I absolutely love this bike.
Critiques:
1) The wood base that the frame is bolted to in shipping...When I unboxed the bike, there were wood chips and splinters everywhere. The baseboard had been cracked and split in shipping. I am diabetic and am very concerned with foot injuries, and I spent quite a while picking splinters out of my carpet.
2) Shipment notification...I'm sure this was a fluke, but I did not get a notification when the bike shipped. I also was not aware when I placed my order that someone would have to sign for the package, but I did read it in an email post-order. However, I did not receive a notification that it had shipped until right before it arrived, after I emailed asking about it, and I had to make last-minute arrangements for someone to be available to sign for the package. In fairness, there was a link to FedEx Delivery Manager to view other options, but after creating an account, it would not let me sign in. All other aspects of ordering were straightforward, and communication was great otherwise.
3) On my bike, the cast piece that the handlebars mount to has a taper to it. The handle that tightens it has a limited range of motion, and I cannot adjust the handlebars from one end to the other without dismantling the handle assembly and adjusting it. It mostly stays in one place for me, but this could be an issue for households with multiple riders.
4) There is a V-groove in the base on the handlebars that mates with a ridge in the mounting plate, and they do not match perfectly on mine. Because of this, I have a VERY slight wobble in my handlebars.
Overall, I absolutely love this bike.

I’ve been on a few indoor spin bikes in my time Going back to about 18 years. I am so glad I went with this bike instead of the other leading competition. It feels very sturdy, highly adjustable, and very quiet. As well as the petals are extremely comfortable which I have not found on any other indoor spin bike Would definitely recommend.

Really loving this bike! Well made and well designed. Assembly was not difficult but I do recommend getting the tool kit. Smooth and quiet. Smart design having fly wheel to the rear away from sweat and having the resistance lever up close to handlebars makes it so easy to make your adjustments. I’m using the Peloton app displayed on my tv and getting great rides. I turn down the lights in the basement and I have my own personal spin studio! When done, bike fits nicely in corner without taking up much space. Easy to move. Very happy with this purchase!
