With the recent gym closers and increases in temperatures it has getting increasingly difficult to get outside and get a good cardiovascular workout (which is one on the only things keeping me sane during all of this insanity). The Keiser bike was a no-brainer; best warranty, high quality, trusted by a ton of gyms, and have a delineated statement about what they are doing to reduce carbon footprint. The bike was easy to put together with the assembly kit and rides so quietly and smoothly. I’m so happy with my purchase!

Good product - very poor service on delivery and notification

The keiser bike is a good product. Unfortunately we purchased the biked and were told that tracking and shipping details would be provided once shipped. This did not occur. The delivery just showed up one day and was left outside our house with new knock on the door, call or any notice. This is an expensive item and quite heavy.

We just purchased the M3i and absolutely love it! We purchased the tool kit (highly recommended) and my husband put it together. It was amazingly packaged, extremely well designed and very easy (according to my husband) to assemble. I've been riding a Keiser bike for 3 years at the gym and this new model is fantastic! It's quiet, sturdy and comfortable. The order process was seamless. We ordered on a Friday, they even were able to add the seat cover I wanted to order on Tuesday and it was all delivered on Thursday. Great customer service! Highly recommend this bike and this company.

I had used a Keiser bike in spin classes at my gym so I was familiar with the high quality of Keiser bikes. Once COVID-19 closed them down, I decided it was worth it to get my own. I have been using it 2-3 times a week since May. I am a young senior and have had issues with my knees. It is a great way for me to get a good low impact cardio workout that doesn’t cause me days of pain. I use an on-line subscription so I always have new spinning classes to keep me from getting bored. I like the heart rate monitor function. It helps me to know how hard I am working.

I purchased this bike over the Peloton because I did not want to be roped into the $40/month access fee charged by Peloton(I just downloaded the Peloton app on my Roku TV), this is the bike my gym uses, and the person who maintains these bikes at my gym told me they are virtually maintenance free. I've called Keiser a few times with questions and was immediately taken care of by Mike. The customer service is excellent.

Loved my Keiser for the two weeks

I couldn’t stop telling my family and friends how amazing this bike was!
I convinced myself that this is THE best bike out there. Unfortunately, roughly two weeks after riding my Beautiful M3i bike an hour a day I started hearing an unrelenting squeaking all of a sudden. This $2000 dollar machine that’s manufactured in America no less didn’t hold up after moderate use.
I am left with this bike and no way to fix the noise.
You can’t tell these are quality parts but it did not hold up to their advertised specifications.
