The bike is sturdy, smooth and quiet. I’ve only had the bike for several weeks but so far I am pleased with the quality. The only problem I encountered was with the packaging. The mat was damaged by the staples used to close the box. The company sent a replacement mat but it was of much lower quality. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Great bike, needs better computer with Bluetooth built in

The M3i is a great indoor bike. Love it! One thing I would like to see changed is the computer. The computer needs built in Bluetooth, that will work with third party apps. There is no reason one needs to purchase a separate Bluetooth device just to convert Kaiser's proprietary data to the industry standard power data. Also, I would like to see changed is the addition of a resistance number on the computer, not just showing the gear. Many spin class instructors say a resistance number, not a gear. Include both on the computer. The bike itself is easily a 5 star, but the lack of built in Bluetooth and no resistance number on the computer drops it down to a 4 star.

Have been riding the M3 at my local fitness club for last 10 years and knew how dependable and “cycle accurate” it was. So incredibly happy I decided on the M3I! I wasn’t sure about the bars on preorder but are delighted with them. So many different grip options and again, very “cycle accurate”. With the onset of the pandemic, dropped my membership and needed a reliable workout for the home. Could. Not. Be. Happier. It’s worth the $$$$$ because it will outlast any other option currently out there and save money in the long run.

I am using this bike for rehab and training. I replaced the seat with one I use on my road bike and set-up the Keiser using measurements off of my road and trail bikes. The bike arrived in the best packing I have ever seen and I have unpacked a lot of large computer systems in my life. The assembly instructions were clear and the YouTube video helped as well. This bike is very well engineered and is solid built. It does an excellent job at mimicking a good road bike in the feel of the drive train. I only have few miles across 5 sessions and I am very pleased with this purchase, no regrets to date. I will follow-up after I have a few hundred miles on it.
