Unexpected Noise/Connection Issues

The bike is solid and comfortable, but the computer has quit and restarted .during about 50% of my rides. I also have a rhythmic noise ( I know that sounds weird) that seems like some is rubbing. It is not loud at all but is concerning. Hopefully I’ll get some answers when I send in a recording.

This is the best bike ever for home cardio. Prior to covid I was a gym rat doing mostly cardio/spinning on older model keiser bikes. Seriously, my spin bikes at gym haven't been replaced since 2011. IT MATTERS. I looked into Peloton but didn't feel I needed the group instruction and was really turned off by the monthly fee just to operate the bike. This bike is simple and just gives you a good workout. It's mobile and doesn't need electric to run. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I debated purchasing this bike for months, mostly based on initial cost, but finally decided to go for it quite frankly because of COVID and gyms being closed along and riding outdoors in darker wetter months of the year isn't a great option here in the Pacific Northwest. The media tablet fits an iPad or other tablet perfectly. Everything has been thought out on this bike. The no frills water bottle holder is perfect. Peddle stroke is smooth and quiet and I love the magnetic resistance system allowing the flywheel to be lighter.

Stop shopping around and buy the Keiser M3I. It is perfect for getting a great workout at home. I use my bike nearly every day. The new design is awesome. The position of the handlebars and the way they adjust save my back. The M3i is a great fit for my busy life and being able to exercise!

I am thrilled with my M3i bike. It arrived fast. I purchased the converter and assembly kit. My husband assembled the bike in one evening. The bike is very sturdy and the quality is superb. I had originally purchased the Peloton bike and then exchanged it for the bike+. I experienced such bad customer service that I cancelled my order. I was very disappointed because I really wanted the Peloton. I happily report that I am so pleased with my purchase of Keiser M3i. If you are on the fence about which indoor bike to purchase, do not hesitate purchasing the M3i. I highly recommend this indoor bike.
