It took me a long time to finally decide on an at-home cycling option. I'd been using an older Keiser model at the community center for years and knew I liked it. The M3 is really nice and I've enjoyed using it so far. I was a little disappointed that the seat height adjustment uses the peg/hole system as opposed to the older Keiser models where there were no limits on where you could place the height more precisely. Overall that hasn't impacted the experience too much, it's still a good, comfortable ride. Set up was easy and riding has been quiet and smooth. I use a set of my own workouts and can also match Global Cycling Network sets with no problems. I don't know how well it pairs with bluetooth or workout apps. Love it. Shipping was a nightmare - but only due to FedEx. Keiser tried to help and work through things. In the end, got the bike albeit in a very messed up box. However, due to the way it was packaged inside the box (a box inside a box = always a great idea for a $2K bike) it was in mint condition. Only issue is trying to use/sync the BT Converter device. Instructions don't really make sense (not straight-forward) and not much support - yet, but I'm sure I will get help, as I chose Keiser due to the difference in Customer Service/Support/attention as compared to the competitors.

We were pleased our bike shipped quickly. We assembled it ourselves and started riding. Top selling point for us=no special shoes needed. The ride is smooth and super quiet. We appreciate all of the ways the bike can be adjusted to fit the rider. One star is removed from our rating because we would prefer assembly be done with readily available tools, not needing specialized pieces.
