I recently purchased a Keiser M3i so my wife and I can exercise at home. I have been riding Keiser bikes for over three years at our local fitness center. Unfortunately, the pandemic closed our gym for many months. We are in our early 70's and are now not comfortable exercising in a group setting. It's great having the flexibility of exercising in our own space without meeting a class schedule and taking time to commute. The assembly instructions were clear and I continue to be impressed by the quality of all components. As soon as I got on our new M3i, I said, "Wow - this feels just like home." Loving my new Keiser M3i

This bike is being used by both myself and my husband. Easily adjustable, super quiet, and we love having the wheel in the back (out of the sweat zone) unlike most other indoor bikes. Took a little while to connect to Zwift and it seems to lose the Bluetooth connection frequently with Zwift. However, I was able to connect to Strava easily! I use Strava and my husband uses Zwift.
My only negative and both my husband and I notice is that the pedals are too wide-set (especially compared to a real bike) and that's not adjustable and can cause some knee discomfort. It would be great if this could be narrowed in future models. Really happy with our purchase.
Love the ipad tray, the handweight racks, and water bottle spot.

I still can’t believe we own the M3i. Covid pretty much canceled spin class for me, so this purchase had to be made. Wasn’t sure if how it would be packaged, but Mike assured me that it would arrive in tact. Indeed it did. Purchasing the tool kit was helpful as well. Overall, I’m very pleased with my M3i!
