I finally bit the bullet and decided to buy a new indoor bicycle. I have been spinning for eight years and have utilized spinning as a regular form of exercise as well as to recover from outdoor biking and hiking injuries. Since the pandemic, my spinning gym has closed and I have been using the old rusty used Spinner that I bought many years ago when the gym was upgrading. I am so pleased with my new Keiser.
I did decide between a Peloton (which my son, a mountain biker, has) and a Keiser and I am so glad I chose the Keiser. It works beautifully, smoothly, quietly and I can use my spinning shoes as they are and am not locked into any online spinning program. I love that the flywheel is in the back and that I am not dripping on it.

I was able to move and assemble the bike on my own. I bought the tool kit and highly recommend that, The only suggestion I have is that there be more clear instructions for the torque wrench, being a person with little experience with mechanical manipulations. I needed even simple spelled out instruction for how to fit the head in and how it would feel to torque. That was the only area of struggle I had in assembly.
I absolutely love and recommend this bicycle. Is is a piece of art, both visually and in how it works.

Solid spinning bike

It has been a little over a week since I got the bike. First impressions: quality parts, almost everything is metal. Easy to assemble (took about half an hour), however need tools — YouTube videos help. It is not very heavy, easy to move around. Rides are quiet.
