Best indoor bike!
My husband and I love this bike and use it every day. We were in between buying this and a peloton and we are so glad we went with Keiser! The quality is outstanding and it is so quiet. It's nice to be able to use a variety of workout apps with this bike too. Highly recommend!

Helps with much needed exercise for the "stay at home" order

With access to our local gym cut off, and being required to stay at home, my wife and I decided to get a stationary bike for home. We knew we liked the Keiser bikes at the gym, and since traveling in the winter is sometimes "iffy", plus the fact that the GroupX classes that use the bikes are sometimes at a time that does't fit our schedule, we decided to get the M3i. We are very happy we did. We put it together ourselves using the Keiser video, and were riding it the same day. Works great.

Well, I've had the bike assembled for about 2 weeks now and have several rides under my bet. My overall experience has been fabulous thus far! My pre-ordering questions were answered quickly (wow, customer service w/ Mike is great). Then it was delivered timely and nicely packaged. I even had an assembly question (random extra part included), and a tech specialist got back to me in rapid speed. My husband and I are not overly handy, but we felt well prepared, well guided, and successful. I'm relieve that I know that should I have any maintenance or equipment issues that I can reach out to real humans who give real responses. The bike is beautiful, and looks slim and sleek in our space. It is SO quiet to ride, and doesn't even bother the other person in the room not riding. ...

The pedal stroke is smooth, and the resistance numbers are a fun difference to the bikes I'm used to. It took me a moment to figure out where the water bottle holder is ha, but that was just user error :). Having the media stand is nice, and the multi dimensional adjustability of the handle bar and saddle are great. I've been playing with mine a bit to get the "right spot" for this bike. Everything feels sturdy, and oozes fine craftsmanship. From the sound of it, Keiser bikes are known to hold up over time. I look forward to many more rides and lots more sweat. Although, hopefully it isn't just because of being in quarantine most. To the workers at Keiser who are coming in day after day to carefully and skillfully put together these machines....THANK YOU. You are doing solid work in a very uncertain time. Know that your efforts are very much appreciated by those of us receiving these bikes. You are doing your part to keep us healthy, sane, and keeping the economy churning. You are serving an important purpose. I have recommended Keiser to my network, friends, and family because of the quality product and excellent team behind it to assist. As customers, we can't expect perfection, especially in these times. Knowing you are there to help makes all the difference. Quiet and smooth to ride. Set up was not that difficult even for one person. This bike is able to give me the range of workout needed for serious training. Had a battery clip in computer break and was given a temporary fix and new part shipped to me within minutes. 2 weeks in and I really like this bike.

This bike is legit! A solid commercial quality bike for the home. It was very easy to assemble, but I would recommend getting the Keiser tool kit. The tool kit along with their video made assembly a breeze. I have enjoyed many amazing rides already! I use the peloton app for workouts- there is a conversion chart for the metrics for peloton/keiser. I printed a small chart out and taped it to the bike- works perfect to make every workout a success. The only negative comment is the height sticker on the handlebar part of the V frame is coming off on the side. I’ve tried to smooth it on several times, but it keeps peeling up a little. I would suggest the company use a stronger adhesive or something, because for a $2k bike- it needs to not only function...
