It was a little nerve wracking to order a $2000 bike sight unseen, but based off the recommendation of friends we went ahead and did so and have been very happy. The bike was easy to assemble with the provided tool kit and was put together in about an hour. The bike rides great, is very quiet and feels sturdy. Three different family members are using the bike so luckily the seat and height adjustment are easy to use. Great purchase and value!

It is so nice to have a gym quality bike at home. It arrived within the promised time frame, was easy to assemble, and has been riding great. The gear seems to get a little 'stuck' sometimes within a certain range of resistance but doesn't impact the ride at this time. I have not yet looked up a fix for this.

My family always have spun, and due to the corona virus, all of our studios have closed down. We have always used Keiser bikes in our spin classes, so we were looking for one during this time. After a lot of soul-searching, we decided that Keiser is the way to go. We were so happy to be able to purchase a Keiser bike! It was a no brainer for us, the quality is second to none. This is a real spin bike! It is all about you and the ride. We love the iPad holder and the computer. It gives a solid breakdown of your ride. I also love that I can use my heart rate monitor directly with the bike! This bike is the real deal.
