Great quality and worth every penny

VERIFIED PURCHASE
This is my second indoor bike and I'm going to jump the gun and say it's the best purchase of 2020. It was shipped quickly and arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. Assembly was a breeze and only took about an hr. Customer service was great and responded promptly to my requests. Workouts have been awesome and have really made me question why I've never picked up a Keiser before! I would definitely recommend this indoor bike to anyone looking to get a great bike workout during these quarantined times. The only minor issue that I'm having is the connectivity issues with the m3i and the SufferFest app that I've been using with the m-converter. Overall though, great purchase and worth every penny.

Keiser responded:

Thanks Doug, a quick tip: make sure your M Series Converter is upgraded to the latest firmware. There is an app in the app store called the "Converter Updater App," it will upgrade the firmware on your M Series Converter to the latest version.

Thank you,

Mike Douglass

Best Spin Bike

VERIFIED PURCHASE
The Keiser is the quietest and smoothest spin bike ever. The M3i version allows use of most third-party apps. It was easy to assemble and runs flawlessly.

Exactly As Advertised!

To be honest, I've never done much with indoor spin but I knew I needed a new winter cardio routine at the house since my running days are getting harder on my back as I age. I did a lot of research / comparisons and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase of my Keiser M3i! The quality is top of the line (including how well it was packaged for shipment). It was easy to assemble. And its great to ride! I've done about 6-7 rides in conjunction with Studio Sweat's online app since purchased earlier this month and I'm thoroughly pleased with my purchase. The fit is really good - I'm 6'2" / 205 lbs. The gearing operation / lever is very smooth and easy to use. I've used both running shoes and bike shoes; both work well but I've...

I've used both running shoes and bike shoes; both work well but I've decided that I'll probably just stick with the running shoes for ease. I haven't setup the Bluetooth Keiser M3 Converter yet so I can't comment on it. I'm very interested to see how physically prepared I am to ride outdoors again in the coming weeks. Overall, I have zero buyer's remorse and I'd recommend Keiser to anyone.

I absolutely love this bike. I've used one at my gym for several years and bought one for home since the quarantine. It barely makes any noise and offers a super smooth ride. There are no negatives to this bike.

The Peloton Experience -- On a Better Bike for a Better Price!

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Not being able to spin at my gym was driving me nuts and putting me on the path to gaining the infamous "COVID 15." So I did some thorough research on how to achieve a quality spin experience at home. I had known about the Peloton home bike, but had not realized you don't need a Peloton bike to take Peloton classes -- turns out they offer all their classes on an app. And get this -- the monthly subscription to the app is only $12.99 per month (and first three months are free), while if you buy the Peloton bike they charge you a $39 per month subscription fee. Nuts, right? After researching alternative spin bikes, I settled on the Keiser Mi3. It's not the cheapest, but it still (especially with the extras they currently throw in for free) ends up...

Nuts, right? After researching alternative spin bikes, I settled on the Keiser Mi3. It's not the cheapest, but it still (especially with the extras they currently throw in for free) ends up being less expensive than the Peloton bike and yet it is a better bike. For one, the depth of the handlebars is fully adjustable on the Keiser where it is fixed on the Peloton. Which means you get a much better fit on the Keiser. The Keiser is also much sleeker looking, which matters if you're going to have to put it in a room in the house that you use for things other than a gym. And it rides much more smoothly than the Peloton bike. Doesn't hurt either that it is actually made in America. I have the Peloton app playing classes on my big screen tv, and I use the Keiser app to watch all my key metrics on my iPad rested on the tablet holder that comes with the Mi3. The only part of the Peloton experience you can't get this way is the leaderboard -- but I would not want to use that anyway. My Keiser came incredibly well-packed, like it was a priceless Greek statue or something, and was very straight forward to assemble. It's super quiet, very easy to adjust, and rock solid. I like it so much, I'm probably not going to go back to my gym even after it reopens.

Excellent Bike and Customer Service

VERIFIED PURCHASE
The bike is high quality = excellent ride and easy to assemble
I had an issue with the monitor and called support. Paul Arteaga was able to provide a solution right away, no long wait! He sent out a replacement part that I got in a few days and asnwered all my questions right away. Customer service was excellent. The bike itself is excellent too - the whole family is using it - I may never go back to the gym!
