The M3i is an exceptional piece of art, design, build and form. It is a highly crafted machine. It is built to last and to withstand heavy and frequent use. The engineering is outstanding as is the functionality. I was swayed by the four way adjustment which accommodates just about any person of any size. Also by the gear shift and computer. Bought this bike recently on the recommendation of my brother. Quality bike that was easy to assemble. Runs great with lots of adjustment potential to fit any body size. I like that it didn’t come with a built in screen so that there is less chance of a product malfunction and it offers a more open ecosystem of fitness app usage. Very happy with my purchase.

This bike arrived expertly packed with no defects. The instructions for putting everything together were excellent (we purchased the maintenance kit). Using the bike regularly and am very pleased with the smooth ride. Everything I would have expected from keiser.
Obviously the appeal of competitors is the online classes, "The Ride" is a great start but needs to be expanded for more classes and more in english as my pigeon spanish doesnt cut it!
