Please open this Link from the A420 PC, click on the download button and follow the one screen directions to update the display drivers on the A420 PC. The blue screen crash is being caused by an incompatibility between changes made by Windows Update and the display drivers. Installing the update will resolve the issue. Note that the A420 PC must be coneected to the Internet for this to work.
