The M3i is a pleasure to ride. Smooth, silent, adjustable to fit everyone in the family. The app and connections could be improved (as mentioned in prior reviews and noted by Keiser). The only reason I can't give this bike 5 stars is the resistance adjustment. While 1-24 'gears' sounds like a lot, many are not rideable (too easy or too hard), leaving a small range for workout variability. While 1-100 is somewhat silly (wink wink), double or triple the rideable range is needed to offer enough of a 'ride' spectrum. The resistance lever could also be improved as it is easy to overshoot resistance changes (fully digital?, why not put the lever on the handlebars like a real bike?).

Very, very happy with the Keiser bike. Took a bit to unpack but not difficult to put together using the instructional video on YouTube. Have been using an old Lemond spin bike which is a workhorse. No longer have access to it so bought the Keiser after researching. I didn’t want any electronics, they always break, need too much maintenance etc etc...This bike is substantial and a delight to ride and unlike my old Lemond completely silent. The neighbors will never know. We live in an apartment and had to put in our living room. It’s such a beautiful bike, as well as functional, and it looks cool there. It’s very architectural. I’m looking forward to riding it for many, many years to come.

I purchased this top-of-the-line spin bike to get back in the saddle postpartum since I did not want to return to my spin studio during the pandemic. I had used them previously in spin classes so I knew that I like them, but was choosing between this and the peleton. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase the Keiser M3I — it was relatively easy to assemble (my husband did so on his own) and fits easily in our home office/bike room. I have used a Keiser spin cycle at our gym for years and am familiar with the way it works and find it to be the best! The customer service has been great and the bike was delivered as promised. It was packaged strongly to protect it and putting it together was not a snap but it was fairly simple. The instructions and details were excellent. My husband is now using it as well so it was a win, win for us. Only had it up and running for a week but we have bother used it almost everyday.. :-)

I’ve been using Les Mills RPM as my workout guide and that had worked well. Wish the computer was ANT+ so it could lift my heart rate off my Apple Watch. But not a huge deal.

The quality of construction was evident as soon as I opened the box. Excellent design and incredibly quiet. When my gym closed, I did quite a bit of research and the M3i kept surfacing as a top of the line bike. Two assembly tips 1) I bought the assembly tool kit from Keiser since I don't have many tools and I'm glad I did since assembly requires tools I don't have. 2) I was a bit intimidated at assembling something like this because I don't do this type of thing and I'm not very mechanical. The process took about 2 hours and the combination of the instruction manual and Youtube video made it pretty easy.
Now that I have about 200 miles on the bike, I realize what a joy and work of art this bike really is.
