My husband and I both use the Keiser M3i indoor exercise bike and love it. I road bike during the summer and am using this a couple of days a week to stay in biking shape. My husband uses it as an alternate aerobic day. It's easy to adjust to fit each of us (I'm 5'9", my husband is 6'3"), changing gears is so easy and has such a smooth transition from gear to gear. It has all the information I needed as I use RPM, Watts and Heart Rate to drive my workouts. I've had a Lifecycle exercise bike previously and am amazed at how far the bikes have come. This bike is exceptionally engineered and looks like a piece of art.

I rode the Keiser M3i in spin classes at my local gym. When we put our membership on hold, I decided to purchase my own bike and pair it with the peloton app for spin classes. Compared to Schwinn and other bikes I have tried, the M3i is far superior. I have had it about 3 weeks and am very happy with it. The lever for resistance changes is very precise and easy to adapt to peloton ranges. The computer provides metrics to measure your performance - also useful for peloton classes. It was relatively easy to assemble - I did need a 2nd set of hands to install the fly wheel. I highly recommend purchasing the tool kit. The bike seat is fine, but I'm still trying to figure out how to install a different bike seat from my road...
