Had to correct a previous review where I thought the handlebar and seat post could wobble. MY bad ... you CAN tighten them and make them rigid.
That leaves me with nothing than a stellar review. From ergonomics to smoothness, this is by far the best trainer I've ever had.

Bike is great - app is a bit wonky

Love the bike. Well made, solid. Also, had to call a few times for tech support on the app - staff was super responsive. But, the app is not great. Logs me out randomly, sometimes doesn't interface to Strava, etc. etc. But, the bike is great.

Finally was able to get on it on Nov 8th, and I love it, it's very smooth, and completely quiet. Overall, the bike is terrific. Smooth and stable with ease of customizing fit. Bluetooth readouts are excellent. On the picky side, there is slight wobble in seat and handlebar posts due to not the tightest fit.
On the ideal side, it would be nice to have the ability to put regualr handlebars on with an adapter.

After much research and trial/ error I discovered the M3i. This bike is light years ahead of its competitors. All your money goes into the actual bike components and not a fancy screen. My department even got one in the firehall that takes a ton of abuse. Not once has either experienced any problems. This bike has personally rehabbed me back from a nasty knee injury.
