I use it to follow classes on a popular spinning app and it meets all of my needs to do so. Best Gym Purchase Ever

My wife and I committed 12 years ago to assembling a home gym that would accommodate all of the gym workouts we've ever enjoyed. This bike is the final piece of that puzzle and I couldn't be happier. Each of our purchases have had one common requirement - engineered to last forever in a home gym. This bike exceeds all of my expectations. Even the saddle, which I believe must be unfairly panned by users who are not wearing bike shorts. This equipment is modeled after a high end road bike. You would not ride a high end road bike in regular gym shorts, so don't approach this bike that way. Frankly compared to my road bike and mountain bike, this is by far the most comfortable saddle. That being said, the saddle is replaceable if you feel like you need something more cush for your tush. The rest of the bike is absolutely state of the art. I am 5'll'' and my wife is 5'1" and both of us can adjust the bike to accommodate our different leg, torso and arm lengths to ergonomic perfection. I'm far less physically strained after an hour on the Keiser M3i than either of my actual bikes and I love both of my bikes. Mixing this in with my treadmill, rower and elliptical gives me the perfect cardio equipment. While all of my equipment is commercial grade, the Keiser bike is by far my favorite. It's whisper quiet, engineering tolerances are aerospace tight, and materials are far superior to any other indoor bike on the market.

Prior to the pandemic I had ridden a Peloton at my tennis/health club and liked the bike computer but was not a fan of Peloton classes. I needed a bike where the handle bars moved horizontally too. I spent hours researching the Keiser M3i, talked with my friends and with customer service at Keiser. I decided to take a chance and buy this bike, sight unseen and untested. I received the bike within 2 weeks or ordering (more like 10 days I think) and had a male friend help me put it together. I LOVE this bike!!! I could not be any HAPPIER! And I even found that as I set the seat and handlebar height that I actually needed to move the handle bars (horizontally) further away!! What a pleasant surprise. I'm 67 so while I don't need to be upright, I want options for my riding position. I'm loving the bike computer and trying the heart rate monitor tonight. Thank you Keiser Customer Support for answering all of my questions and for making order this bike so easy!! Pairing this bike (via HDMI cable to a TV) with the Les Mills app and several videos from Indoor Cycling Videos makes riding so much fun!! My Johnny G Elite Spin bike has a new home with someone new to spinning. If she loves it, I'll encourage her to buy a Keiser M3i!

I love this bike! The quality was apparent even before it was fully unboxed. It was packaged very carefully and each piece felt very sturdy as I unwrapped it. It is definitely well-made and I easily assembled it on my own. The adjustability of the bike accommodates both me at 5’4” and my partner at 6’9”, we can both ride comfortably and fully supported.

Every aspect of my experience with Keiser has been exceptional. The shipping and delivery timeline was as described on the website. The assembly instructions are very clear. I was able to easily adjust the bike to find a comfortable set up. During rides, the bike is quiet, smooth, and sturdy. I’m very impressed with the bike and so happy I went with this machine over a bike with a fancy tablet connected. I wish the bottom of the media stand didn’t have a small lip on it and while my iPad sits securely on the stand, it is too large to sit inside the lip. The only other less than perfect aspect of the bike is the water bottle holder. It is very easy to knock a water bottle out of a place on the bike. Literally everything else about the bike and my experience with Keiser has been perfect...

Putting the cycle together with the Keiser toolkit was straightforward - the extra cost for the toolkit was worth it.
The geometry is very comfortable with solid and easy adjustments for each aspect of my position. The handlebars are set up extremely well for my different riding positions.
The pedal stroke is extremely quiet & smooth.
The pedals are very well designed. The small protrusions that hold the soles of my shoes work great with the straps tightened.
The shifter is smooth and the shift lever location is ideal.
The display is big enough and bright enough for me, as an older adult, to see without reading glasses.
My only minor complaint is that the difference in resistance from level 1 to level 10 is pretty subtle. There is plenty of increased resistance especially above level 15, but I would have liked a more even distribution throughout...
