A little difficult to unpack but packed nicely for shopping. Great directions to put it together - slight differences between assembly video and written directions but nothing that made it difficult to figure out. I am enjoying the option of an at home spin workout very much!

The bike was relatively easy to assemble using the clear instruction. It is smooth and quiet and easy to connect to the M series app. The ride is very stable. I was disappointed with the included H1 Polar monitor which is not able to connect to apps like Polar Beat but would not shy away from this tremendous bike for that one reason. Also I highly recommend purchasing the tool kit for assembly. The tools are of very high quality and made assembly much smoother.

I had used the Keiser M3 in gyms already and liked it. But I was impressed with how well packaged it was and how straightforward it was to assemble it. I watched the assembly video and used the written instructions as a check if I had doubts. It helps if you already have a basic tools kit handy around the house. I've now been using the bike regularly since it arrived and I love it. It feels strong and well made. I've already recommended it to friends.

Easy to assemble, especially with the optional tool kit we purchased, which was well worth the money. We are considering buying a second bike so that we can workout at the same time.
