It's everything we hoped for!

VERIFIED PURCHASE
We had tried the M3i at our gym during restricted access hours and tried Peloton elsewhere. The Keiser bike is a pure gem. And is it ever getting a workout! Me at 5 a.m., my wife at 7 a.m., and our daughter and son-in-law in the evening. We were not seduced by the Peloton classes, which we subscribe to for a few dollars monthly, and we did not need or want the Peloton screen in our faces with a nice 4K large TV screen 10 feet away. We wanted and got the best quality bike and love it.

Pretty good bike

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Negatives: calibrating the speedometer and loose screws
Positives: sturdy bike, worth the money, easy to move, can personalize the bike to your height and arm length, quiet ride, comfortable seat
Use: I use this bike 2-3 times a week with my Peloton Digital subscription

*I tried a similar bike, the M3, first at LA Fitness before Covid hit the USA and lockdowns went into effect. Calibrating the speedometer , which was a headache in itself (thank you Youtube for pointers on that), the only other thing wrong with it was the screws that hold up the handlebars. I have to tighten the four screws every single time that I ride, but just once at the beginning of the ride. Besides those two things, everything thing else is a breeze. I put the bike together myself ( the bike gets delivered in a huge box with many...

awesome bike

VERIFIED PURCHASE
We couldn't be happier with our purchase! It was delivered in a timely manner and the packaging was amazing. You could drop it off a three story building and it wouldn't have been damaged during shipping! The bike is smooth as silk and whisper quiet. Assembly was easy and straight forward (took me longer to unpack). My wife has commented numerous times how solid the bike is during aggressive rides. I'm still working on trying to figure out the converter and how all that works, but so far, extremely happy!

Excellent Bike for Big Guys

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Being 6'10" and 270lbs., finding a product that fits was a challenge. The M3i has room to spare. The geometry of the bike is brilliant. As you raise the handle bars, they also move away from the seat. Similarly, as you raise the seat, it also moves backwards. Even at my size, the seat is not at its full height. The access to the handle bars quick release makes it very easy to adjust them forward and backwards, even during a ride. The bike is also incredibly sturdy.

Assembly is very easy. There are video instructions that are great. I bought the tool kit, but that is probably not necessary if you have a basic set of tools.

The bike is also very quiet.

This is a great product, especially if you are a...

Have to say that it’s a dream ride. The bike is thought out so well I looks forward to my daily session. If you’re checking the m3i out, know that this company values it’s customers and goes the extra mile. It’s called Integrity.

Fantastic experience

From the time of purchase to the completion of the bike set up, my experience was wonderful. The set up manual was particularly clear, concise and extremely helpful. The ease of the entire process was far better than I expected. Kudos to Keiser

Excellent bike with outstanding workmanship

VERIFIED PURCHASE
The bike (100+ lbs) arrived DOUBLE BOXED in great shape. Unusual to have such heavy packaging .. but important to prevent normal shipping dings from being transferred inside. Construction is straightforward with very very detailed instructions. There is a mix of metric and SAE bolts, and I recommend purchasing the tool kit ($99, although my daughter in California received one free). I did not, as I had a torque wrench etc. But buying a set of rarely used crowfoot wrenches was not worth the money .. it is possible to assemble without. The bike is very stable, quiet and smooth... could not ask for more. I told the family to make sure that if there is ever any wobble to immediately tighten what is loose so as to avoid thread damage... although I suspect this will not be a common occurrence.
