We really like this bike. It was delivered when promised, easy to assemble and is easy to use. My only issue is the hard seat. Extremely uncomfortable for me. Not an issue for my husband. I've ordered the gel seat and hopefully that will help.

Unfortunately I had to call Keiser when my bike did not show up.(Fed EX delivered to the wrong house) They actually answer the phone, and got the problem fixed immediately! Just a week into the bike still getting used to it. First time user of a Keiser bike, but top line all the positive reviews seem very well justified. I am not particularly handy, but found it easy enough to put together just by myself. Rides super quiet, except for a very minor 'hissing' sound.. need to figure out where that's coming from. Wife who has never been on a bike ever did a 45 min easy spin without any complaints. I did have to swap out the stock saddle with a more comfortable aftermarket one which was her only gripe when she tried the bike the first day. I took the 'FTP' test using the M series app. Still trying to figure out what resistance levels correspond to what RPE for me. There is likely a learning curve there. Also tried...

A couple of minor hiccups or points -
Keiser M Series app on my iPhone connected to the bike and is usable. However, the app on Google Pixel Book never connects. It would be so much nicer to be able to have the large screen of the Pixel Book for the ride. Is there a way to make it work?
I ordered the bike through a dealer around Thanksgiving as Keiser website would remove the item from the shopping cart - perhaps due to stockouts. Keiser was including the whole package - toolkit, etc. etc. in their deal, whereas the dealer was selling toolkit for $100 but the bike had a discount of $100. So if ordering both it seemed to come to the same cost. When the packages arrived, there was still a difference. The M series converter was not part of the deal from the dealer but was in the package directly from Keiser. This was confusing, to see the least, but worth keeping in mind as the converter is another $100. I wish they direct sales and dealer channels were selling same or at least equivalent configurations so that the end customer would pay the same price for the same items regardless.

The M3i is a pleasure to use and the craftsmanship is second to no one. I even enjoyed the assembly process as everything was so well made it went together effortlessly. It is clear Keiser builds a superb product. If there was one negative, it is only that I haven’t quickly figured how to link my wife’s Apple Watch with the heart rate readout. This is minor and not a big concern though. I still wouldn’t buy any other bike (and I’ve looked and tried a number of others).

I love this bike! After much research and comparisons, the Keiser checked all the boxes...design build quality, quietness and ease of operation. Also, I am not interested in the video class subscription offered with competitors, yet the M3i gives you the option for streaming classes with its included Bluetooth converter. Overall this is a great bike, solid, smooth and performs well. It is fully adjustable and that is another reason we purchased this bike, I am 6'4" tall and most other bikes would not adjust for my size, this one does very easily.
