I bought the Keiser M3i for three reasons; I needed a source of good indoor aerobic heart rehab for this winter without exposure to a gym, I wanted a high quality bike that was not bulky for my space, and I wanted quiet, very quiet. I succeeded in obtaining all three with the M3i. The cycle is so quiet I can ride in the same room as others and unless they look at me they do know that I am peddling away over in the corner. What more can I say, the bike is extremely sturdy, very well built and well finished, all while appearing as svelte as will soon be. When unexpected shipping delay arose; Mike and Donna were fantastic getting things resolved as quickly as possible. Thanks
