Wonderful bike and buying experience

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Michael Douglas and his team deserve a lot of credit; the M3i is a great version of the indoor bike used at my HC. Works perfectly and easy assembled (by my husband 🙃) Also, the transaction, support, delivery seemed effortless....best delivery time during this difficult 2020!

the best! Better then advertised!

Researched a lot of spin bikes, many friends hyped up Pelatons, but went with this one for all the right reasons: made in the USA, magnetic resistance, overall design is the best (who doesn't hate the sweat puddle that usually gets all over the mechanism...not with the Keiser), couldn't be any quieter, and the tech is super simple. If you want bells & whistles get a peloton. If you want the best spin bike, get a Keiser. Pairs with my iPhone easily. Only critique would be to add more of the workouts that come with the iPhone app...but it was a pleasant surprise when I found them so win-win 😁.

My best investment this year!

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I took spinning classes before COVID, and really loved the way it made me feel, I had looked at this bike on the website for months and finally decided that I wanted to get back to spinning at home, this bike is so smooth riding and solid feeling. I use Les Mills on Demand for my workouts and am “totally enjoying the ride”. Don’t just think about buying this bike... just Do It, you wont regret it. I put it together myself with no issues.

Best exercise bike you can buy!!!p

So glad we made the investment in this bike without choosing another one because of a lower price. We read the reviews and many people said they wished they didn't get the cheaper bikes due to many problems with performance and customer service and wish they got the Keiser. Not the Pelton, the Keiser. What I love about it: not paying a high price for a tablet on the bike, you're paying for quality in the engineering and make of the bike. The rear wheel saves the mechanics from getting dripped on by sweat. The bike is STURDY and you feel safe doing choreography and pushing hard. The adjustable seat and handlebar are great for my height and allows my husband to easily adjust to his needs. I can use the peloton app for workouts without committing to an expensive membership. The bundle we purchased was a great value! Its...

Bike Great/Computer Not So Much

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I love my Keiser bike that replaces my gym bike since they are closed indefinitely.
However, I have other fitness apps that confirm(and other friends with apps and a Keiser M3i)your computer Kcal/Watts are off by a factor of 40%.
I know John at Keiser says you are using a new formula, but it just doesn’t jibe with other proven workout apps.
Other than the computer readouts, everything else about the bike is top notch!
Thank you,
Doug Beaumont
PS- friend with a new M3i bike that confirms my computer comparisons is Michelle Burnett

Love This Bike

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I bought this as a gift for my wife, a serious indoor cycle enthusiast to replace her Lemond RevMaster. So far she love her M3i especially the magnetic resistance which is very predictable and reproducible. My only suggestions to make the bike even better would be to put detents in the gear shifter so it reeves tactile feedback e.g. is 'clicks' into each gear. The other feature we'd like to see that her Lemond bike had was the seat & handlebar position adjuster levers had a spring loaded feature that allowed you to reset them to a zero position to get them out of the way after they were tightened. Don't see a way to easily do that on the M3i. I think you have to remove the allen bolt, pull the lever off to move it (reset to zero) and then reinstall the bolt. Over...

Excellent Indoor Bike

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I chose Keiser because it was the bike used in my gym cycle class; I wanted a bike that could measure resistance and cadence. This one does the job. It’s very well built and the ride is very smooth!

well made product but some issues with computer

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Bike is well designed. It arrived with a faulty LED screen on the computer. One was sent out promptly, however I needed to reinstall and recalibrate the unit with very limited instruction. I'm new to spinning and there is not a lot of info provided other than pointing me to you tube videos. I'm using the guided sessions but I'm trying to figure out how to save my workouts. I'm a longtime runner and have used Garmin running watches for years and I subscribe to garmin connect. I wish you guys had an easy way to link up with Garmin so I could track my progress. I'm 59 yo and not looking forward to finding out whether I have to get Strava or another fitness app to track my workouts. Toolkit and HRM are great, assembly was pretty easy. Really looks and...

Really looks and works great. A better bottle holder would be a plus.
