Loving my new bike. It arrived earlier than expected. Excellent assembly instructions. Love the added tool kit. Made putting things together a snap. Been riding on Zwift and Fulgas for almost two weeks not every day. No issues. the onboard computer has all the workout data. Have not used the Keiser app because all my data is on the two apps.

I upgraded my equipment to the Keiser M3i from a Schwinn AC Performance Plus. The Keiser is a dream. I have been riding Keiser at my local Y for the past 3 years. This did not disappoint. I am very happy with how well the bike was packed for shipping. The assembly instructions and on-line videos made it possible for most people to easily assemble the bike. I loved the fact that the assembly video was recorded using an average person rather then a bike tech. I had a question or two during assembly and was easily able to reach a human being at Keiser. I am very happy with my purchase. I was thrilled that the toolkit was shipped with my bike as part of the holiday special. I had everything I needed to get up and running.

I’ve had M3i for several months now. I replaced a cheaper bike that fell apart. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing and chose to go with the better bike and then use any of the myriad of apps that offer classes. I haven’t regretted it for a second. We’ve been using our bike for two weeks now. Set up was pretty straightforward. We watched the video step by step and we called Customer Support three times because we didn’t want to damage the bike doing something wrong. They were great, answered very promptly and gave us exactly the direction we needed.
The bike is super quiet and so sturdy yet unimposing. I use the Peleton app with the converter to do classes, while my husband just signed on with Zwift today. I really love the workout I get. I printed up a conversion of Peleton to Keiser resistance so I understand the instructor. It’s fantastic! We live in snow land so being able to workout no matter the weather is great. I might have trouble moving my workouts outside in the spring!
