I chose this bike because I had been riding the Keiser M3 at the gym for eight years and it is supposed to fit those at 4'11". The bike was shipped within two sturdy boxes containing parts further protected in foam tubes, bubble wrap, smaller boxes. The directions for assembly in the manual and on a YouTube video were clear. The task was not difficult but my husband and I went way beyond the predicted time for assembling it because we are not handy and we took breaks.
I do have two minor dissatisfactions of a personal nature--neither deal breakers: the Bluetooth does not communicate with iOS and I would love for the handlebars to move closer to the rider another 1 inch (at 74 I am now 5', 2" shorter than I used to be; my arms are on the...

I found it a bit complicated to assemble.
We do, however, have a "glitch" with our control head/heart monitor. While wearing the monitor (and we've changed batteries to be sure) it simply doesn't work. When we're not wearing it, the heart monitor application bounces all over the place. So, what's with this?
