Love the bike. it was simple to assemble (thanks to the included tools), takes up minimal space in the small corner home gym and runs very quiet. My shipment came with a defective LCD (gear resistance would not display) but Keiser support were quick to respond, troubleshoot and ship me a replacement screen within a few days.

After looking long and hard, I chose a Keiser M3i. I wanted my money to go towards a high quality stationery cycle, not a mediocre cycle with a large tablet. I already have my own non-proprietary electronics, and my experience has been that tablet type integrations tend to go bad or stop being supported long before the actual equipment is bad. I wasn’t disappointed. The cycle is extremely well made, is stylish, and provides a darn good workout.

After researching multiple bikes for the past year, I made the decision to go with Keiser because it does not require a subscription or a plug! I really like that the warranty is substantial and the company stands by it's product and has done so for quite some time. Shipping was pretty quick. I ordered it Christmas day and received it January 4th!
I'll admit I was a bit nervous upon receiving the box, but the instructions were fool proof. I'm a lanky lady and I handled everything just fine. I love that I have options as to what apps I use or if I want to pedal while studying, watching a movie or talking to a friend. I haven't had it a full month but it has drastically increased my activity level and I am very grateful for that extra push during this pandemic! I'm so glad...

Customer service was contacted about the heart rate monitor and the person was helpful. An email was sent with directions and pictures. However we made 2 attempts to remedy the issue but it has yet to be fixed.

-the average home may not have the necessary tools required to put the bike together so I recommend checking what you have versus what is needed
