I have been teaching on the Keiser bike for more than five years and I absolutely love it. Because of Covid 19, I had to limit my time at the gym; so I purchase the M3i for my personal use. I'm in heaven!!!

My wife and I replaced our tri bikes and trainer units with the M3i bike for indoor training. Wow very quiet, smooth and comfortable. Only complaint is the display unit. Once you stop pedaling you have only 60 seconds to start pedaling again or the display resets everything back to zero. Soo annoying if you need to stop workout to get water or a bathroom break. Wish they would provide a software update to fix it. If they fixed that I'd definitely give it five stars. Everything else- delivery, quality, design was superb.

I purchased this Christmas special directly from Keiser. It took about a week to prepare shipment and then just 2 days to arrive - kudos to FedEx! Considering pandemic impact on supply chains and transportation, this was really fast.
As far as assembly it was really easy. The only point I was a bit uneasy was looping and squeezing computer cable into its bracket. Other than that, no issues.
Bike works great. It is smooth and quiet. I really prefer the feel of M3i with its light flywheel over my previous spinner with 49 lb flywheel. Keiser gives me more realistic feel of real biking pedal strokes. Maybe this is because I am a mountain biker, not a roadie.
I am not a fan of training apps, so I am fully satisfied with basic functionality and manual controls. I use M Series App and integrate with Strava to record...

Polar battery 🔋 Dead: heart rate monitor

The brand new indoor bike is great but one thing that disappoints me is that the polar heart rate strap doesn’t work because the battery seems to be dead. Can you send me a new one since this is supposed to work upon arrival.?

My wife and I are happy with the M3i. Very quiet ride. Solid and sturdy feel. We had an issue with the LCD screen antenna not keeping a solid connection with the H1 heart rate monitor and customer support quickly sent a new LCD. After installation the connection with the H1 heart rate monitor is as expected. The only two knocks on the M3i that we have are:
(1) the M3i shows my heart rate (via the H1) to be about 90 BPM faster than what my Garmin 245 Forerunner watch and my wife's Fitbit show. When the two watches show my heart beat to be about 80-90 BPM the M3i says its 170 BPM, which I know isn't correct;
(2) I keep knocking my water bottle onto the floor when getting off the bike. I wish the M3i had a...

After shopping around and comparing the Keiser to other bikes, I knew that the Keiser was the best decision. It arrived quickly and although assembly took quite a bit longer than I expected, it was really easy to do. My husband and I both use the bike for Peleton Digital classes.
