The Keiser bike is fantastic and operates smoother that any others I have tried. I had previously used the bike for years as it was the spin bike at my last two gyms, Club Metro and LA Fitness. And, in the 8 years I used them at those gyms before purchasing my own, not one was ever out of service for repairs! I tested others including Peleton but the Keiser is just a better and more natural ride and the work-out is fantastic. Ordering the bike was seamless, (i got mine directly from the Company) and the shipping, and directions to finalize assembly were straightforward and easy. Highly recommend to anyone of all levels.

The manual is second to none. Each step was spelled out and very detailed. Assembly was a breeze. A tool kit was provided that had all the necessary items to complete assembly except for the lithium grease, spray wax and the spray lube for the crank bearing. All else was provided. The operation of the bike is whisper silent. What a joy to ride.
Things I would change? I would let riders/customers know that if they want to use a third party workout software, such as Zwift, they need to have a bluetooth capable HR monitor such as a Polar H7 or H10. The provided HR monitor from polar is not recognized by Zwift, as it is not bluetooth capable...however, the M3i is, and it works perfect for power and cadence...just not heart rate with the included monitor.
Lastly, the included BKool software needs work. It took me...
