My wife and I were introduced to the M3i at our local YMCA spin class for seniors; really liked the solid feel and quiet operation, so we ordered one for home. Assembly had a few challenging areas, but the videos, owner's manual and a phone call or two to Customer Support was all it took to get riding. Peripheral neuropathy makes the treadmill a bit dicey for me, so I'm excited to be able to safely work up to target heart rate on the bike.

Love the bike. My only issue was with the M Converter. Mine shipped with a fairly dead battery which made setting up a little difficult. Would be a great idea for Keiser to post a You Tube video specifically on setting up and using the converter.

I have been riding a road bike on a liquid cooled trainer for 8 years. That is probably a bit more difficult than a spin bike, however I am extremely happy with this machine. Smooth, stable, uses less space, and is far more attractive. I wanted a great workout machine rather than a connected workout that your rivals seem to favor.

Top of the line bikes makes sense, because there's less maintenance. After pondering all the other bikes, this is a winner. Didn’t need a group effort, but needed a quiet bike to watch TV. It’s sleek designs complements the finer furniture pieces in the living room. I don’t need to mimic uphills and downhills, I just want to ride. Simple readings, simple mechanical controls. Small enough for someone 5’2”. With Cocid-19, and staying home, it’s getting more use. It did take an evening to casually set up, worth getting the tool kit even though I have all the tools; and some of those tools are an upgrade. Above all else, it’s a lot safer than riding “The Streets Of San Francisco.”

I love my Keiser M3i! It's awesome!! I wish I would have purchased it sooner. I am an avid cyclist and mountain bike racer. The Keiser M3i is so much better than any other spin bike I have ever ridden and has been phenomenal for my race training. The easy and fast adjust makes it great for my husband to use too. I really like the Bluetooth converter and the M series app. It allows me to upload my workouts to my other fitness apps and keep track of all my stats. I highly recommend the Keiser M3i! I can't say enough great things about it.
