My partner and I both LOVE this bike. I bought it because I wanted a high quality spin bike without being locked into one platform to use with it. I also wanted it to pair easily, with the apps we use to track our data. My partner uses it with zwift - and has experienced some issues in pairing the polar heart rate monitor to the app, but otherwise, with the media converter, the bike pairs seamlessly to display power, I've used the bike paired with Rouvy as well, and again, it paired seamlessly for power. I think these are app issues, not bike issues. I now use the bike with the Peloton app and I absolutely love it. There's no pairing involved so I just monitor my progress with my Garmin. I cannot express into words how much I love my Keiser M3i. Since my gym closed because of the virus, I knew I had to do something to stay fit and this bike gives me a place to be every morning, a place to work on myself, a place to get energy for the day. The bike was easy to set up, with clear instructions. I have been wanting to get this bike for a few years, so that I could ride at any given time and shorten my workout time at the gym. The stay at home order/COVID-19 was the motivation that I needed to place the order and get this bike, which I have been slow to move on for years. Now, my wife and I have been riding and watching documentaries since the bike was delivered and after this is over we will continue riding at home and we have vowed not use the bike to dry clothes or as an ornament.

I love my new M3i. I've had it a week and am as happy as can be amid the stay-at-home order. I'd been contemplating the purchase for about a year, since I had tried one at a local gym. The virus just made it happen. I was dreading the shipping. I've received many big items that did not survive the delivery, but Keiser packed this thing to make the toughest journey. Assembly was relatively easy. Be sure to read the manual AND watch the video. I doubt there is a better bike out there.
