Quiet, good for small spaces

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Love the pedal redesign and the app to track my stats! I needed a quiet bike with a small profile and this fits the bill. I wish there was a supplement storage bin/caddie for me to store small bits and bobs like heart monitor or glasses, but other than that perfection!

A Great Indoor Bike

VERIFIED PURCHASE
This is my 2nd Keiser. I feel they are the ultimate bike for any cyclist. Very quite, smooth, adjustable and bullet proof.

Love the bike but disappointed with M Series Converter

VERIFIED PURCHASE
Very quiet, comfortable and smooth handling bike. Considering how sturdy and well-built the bike is, I was surprised with how poor the M-Series Converter is to connect the M3i with 3rd party cycling apps such as Zwift and Sufferfest. It's difficult to connect via Bluetooth, and then frequently looses its connection during rides.

Mostly happy with my decision

To say I was excited to finally pull the trigger for a Keiser is an understatement. I was looking between a Keiser, a Nordic, and Echelon, but at the recommendation of a friend got a Keiser. Even though the others seem to have fancier tech, I like the effective minimalism of the Keiser. It feels sturdy, has lots of ways to adjust for a comfortable ride, and is easy to get on and go. I was super hyped to start a cross training regimen to go with my running!

However, I've been really frustrated with the communication between the included HR monitor and the computer. The HR will intermittently drop, and as someone who's into those numbers it distracts me from my ride. The only way I can get a somewhat consistent HR is to shift the sensor to the left of my chest, skip wearing a sports bra,...

The only way I can get a somewhat consistent HR is to shift the sensor to the left of my chest, skip wearing a sports bra, and keep my Bluetooth earbuds powered off. I've reached out to Keiser twice about this issue in the few weeks I've had the bike, hoping they could share some insight on the issue. Unfortunately I haven't received an answer to either inquiry. For as much as the bike costs, I'd really expect the customer service to be a little more responsive. It's really a quality product otherwise and I'm hoping it'll work out!

Amazing Bike with Terrible Connection Issues

VERIFIED PURCHASE
I love this bike. If I had to buy another bike, I would buy this one.

HOWEVER, I have had such terrible problems connecting to various cycling apps, that I don't use that option anymore. I would like to also say, that I'm not technology illiterate but connecting this bike to a program makes me feel that way. It is painful.

The few times I have had a successful connection, it will drop the connection randomly which makes for more frustration. I simply don't use the connection option, and just rely on workouts I get from YouTube. Very disappointing.

The bike is incredbile peice of machine. It is quiet, and smooth, and basically does everything that I ask. I have gone on easy one hour spins with this bike, and have been impressed...
