Great Indoor Bike - NOT another clothes rack

For those who have owned various exercise equipment, only to have them gather dust and eventually clothes, this cycle will NOT disappoint. I needed something sturdy, adaptable (for 3 adults of various heights and weights)and whisper-quiet as we live in a condo. The Keiser M3i promises and delivers. I considered the Peloton as we also use their app, a good choice also, but the bike couldn't comfortably fit all our users. So now we have the best of both. The only minor issue was with the battery compartment for the computer but a brief call to Keiser describing the issue and I had a new part received in 2 days. Five stars for quality engineering, clear assembly instructions, great customer service, great communication during order/delivery and living up to the brand promise "good enough", isn't.

All the glowing reviews I read about this bike are true! I’m so glad we purchased this over another one on the market with a certain proprietary computer system. Quality manufacturing and it is silent, which helps when you live in an old apartment building and have a napping baby. Customer service also a highlight.

My experience with the Keiser M3i bike began 4 years ago at the Orangetheory Fitness Studio in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. Each of my over 630 workouts at OTF RD included the Keiser bike. When Covid-19 closed my studio, I decided to continue to invest in my own health with my own Keiser bike. After some online research, I decided to go directly to the Keiser Company and purchase my bike online. First class treatment from Keiser and in particular Mike Douglaas has greeted me every step of the way! My bike arrived in perfect condition within two weeks of my order. Best spin bike ever

The first time I used a Keiser M3i was at my local indoor cycling studio 4 or so years ago, and I immediately became a huge fan of these bikes. I've taken spin classes at other studios that use the Peloton-style of spin bike and I can say the Keiser is one thousand times better. I love having a digital console that shows me exactly what gear I'm on, and the lever to adjust your gear is so easy compared to turning a knob X number of times. You can also ride for specific RPMs, distance, heart rate, and time, making it easy to track whatever you need for your specific workout.
The bike isn't cheap, but well worth the price. With regular (easy) maintenance and generally good care, you'll never have to upgrade or replace this bike. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow and I was...

Back in Decmeber (pre-Pandemic) I researched spin bikes. I came to the conclusion I wanted the US made Keiser. I held off debating ending my gym membership. Now, since I am a prisoner in my house, I purchased the Keiser and I workout everyday! It is so convenient. No more driving to the gym! The bike was packaged so well and as my husband set it up he commented on how well it is made. I had been using Keisers at my gym for years and I am so glad I went with the brand for home.
