Two challenges

The bike was easy to assemble. And I love riding it. Two challenges: It's lopsided. Out of the box. On a level floor, it leans to the left. Also, I feel like a got a handlebar set that's remanufactured. It's not symmetrical (so when leaning forward, my left hand is forward of my right hand) and it looks to me like there was a crack on the end of the right handlebar. Satisfied? Meh. Definitely not happy, or a raving fan.

A week in and I’m already having trouble with the shifter not allowing the lowest gear when the handlebars are at the lowest setting. Seems to be a bind on the cable in the tubing going to the magnets. I set my handle bar to the highest and my wife to the lowest. This seems to have caused some issues when sliding between the settings. You would think a $2k bike wouldn’t have issues after a week of use. Disappointed to say the least. I guess I’ll just set the handle bar height somewhere in the middle and call it a day. Bike rides really well other than this issue but again for 2k I paid for a high end experience and this doesn’t check all the boxes.

Really have loved riding this bike. I enjoy the apps that I can connect with and I feel like my fitness is improving. I have one issue with the Bluetooth antenna that connects the bike to my iPad. I have had to replace this battery three times this month. Is that normal? Thank you!

I have used the bike three times so far and everything went well, except I noticed the wheel is warm to touch and hotter towards the hub. Maybe grease was omitted during initial factory assembly? Also, the wheel did come with a score along one side, but box has no damage and the score is perfectly straight (starts from inside the hub to about a 1/2" from the end).
