I had extensive experience riding this bike at my gym and when the gym closed for the pandemic, months of withdrawal made me decide to buy one for home. I had tried other gym spin bikes but this was my favourite. I ordered direct from Keiser and a few days after shipping it was on my doorstep in Ontario, Canada. It was wonderfully packaged in a double box to survive shipping. The assembly instructions were crystal clear. I bought the maintenance kit and the converter due to the substantial discount when buying with the bike. The tools were higher quality than I expected. Assembly was easy. Love the bike and how it is whisper quiet! But you do need to subscripe to some sort of third party app to keep rides interesting. I use a streaming service from New Zealand...

Love this bike! It is smooth, super quiet and very easy to use. Would definitely recommend buying. I’ve been riding it everyday since I bought it. Took about an hour to put it together. You do need to use some special tools to put it together.

I have used many different bikes at various gyms, the Keiser M3i bike stood out as a favorite. It really is a spectacular bike. What made it stand out for me was that it was 4 way adjustable seat and handlebars, it has 24 levels of maintenance that are smooth and quiet, it had a simple design, it didn't have a huge screen attached, it should require little to no maintenance over the years, and it was versatile in that it would allow me to design my own workouts/use different apps instead of being locked into just one app.
However, the connection issues on this bike are a problem. I reached out to the software support team because the connection between the app and the bike kept dropping and wasn't accurate, their answer was that I can't use bluetooth headphones as they interfere with the signal and that...
