Great Bike - Bluetooth Issues

This is an amazing bike. It's sturdy, I love the simplicity of the design, and it makes me actually look forward to working out every day. I was looking for a bike that would require little to no maintenance, had bluetooth to connect to cycling apps, and was simple yet effective with a small screen for metrics.
This bike has some serious bluetooth issues. I decided to go with the Keiser M3i over the other popular brand because this bike would require less maintenance and didn't have the big bulky screen attached. We ordered it because we were no longer comfortable going to our local gym due to COVID, but also did not want to miss out on getting in some really great cardio workouts. I have seen a lot of articles where people compare this Keiser M3i bike to a Peloton, and I would have to say this beats the Peloton in style, versatility, and ease of use. If you really enjoy the Peloton classes or any other app that provides cycling/fitness classes, it is much better to purchase the Keiser bike and then pay the monthly subscription for whatever fitness class app of your choosing instead of getting a bike that integrates both. The Keiser M3i gives you the freedom to choose whatever workout goal you want to meet without strings attached.

Handlebar height hard to adjust

Fine bike, quiet and solid, no complaints while riding it. However, we have a bit of difficulty when adjusting the handlebar height. The handlebar assembly is hard to raise up even with the lock knob loosened and pulled out. The tube seems to scrape against metal when raising and lowering it. Though not a deal breaker, it's still an inconvenience since my wife and I share the bike and we operate it at different heights.

Solid, quiet, and much needed in time of lock down

I'd been using the Keiser M3 in the gym I went to prior to the lock down. I'm not sure now if I'll be picking up a gym membership once things reopen. Having one in the home has been fantastic on days I'd rather cycle indoors than outdoors. These bikes are robust and worth the price. Assembly was straight forward and took maybe 30-40 minutes. My only complaint is the lack of ANT connection for various smart devices, but it can be worked around with minimal effort. I do also wish the converter was included in the cost since it's pretty integral when getting the "i" version, but at least they give a discount with purchase.
My gym uses these bikes so I've always been a fan, and I'm thrilled to have one t home!
Customer service is also great- both the phone and email support have been friendly and responsive.
