I've been spinning for almost 20 years and at one time was one of the first Johhny G male certified instructors. Those early Schwinn spin bikes were amazing but this Kaiser bike made them Model T's. Assembly was easy although took a couple hours . Shipping and packaging were prompt and well done ! I'm riding every other day for 50 minutes and must say this bike is fantastic. I'm 6 2 and 210 pounds and its stable and adjusted to fit perfectly. I highly recommend this bike !!

I canceled my order due to hassles with "white glove" delivery. I was told I would have an appointment for delivery which turned into a four hour window. I'm very disappointed as I was counting on this bike to rehab my knee.

Problem with pedals

Haven’t been able to use the bike. The right side pedal will not thread in. The left side went without a hitch(which I did before the right one). As this happened on a weekend I’m waiting until Monday to call the help line to find out options

2) the quality of the product is top notch
3) Customer service was great when I emailed and spoke to them over the phone to make my purchase.
4) The gear toggle is way smoother and easier to use that the turn knob design all the other bikes use. I particularly love this when switching resistance from heavy climbs to flat road
5) Bike assembly was easy and I love that this bike has a magnetic flywheel, it is so smooth and I anticipate minimal maintenance on the bike in the future because of this design
