Love love love this bike! It's such good quality, beautifully made, and runs smooth and quiet. We attend spin at our local city gym (our gym is outfitted with the Keiser M3s) but have a country place and decided to get the bike because we can't get a comparable workout anywhere around, in the nearby town for example. We stream Spinco music from Spotify to motivate for the workout. The sales support was very good, the bike came as promised, beautifully packed, perfect condition, and assembly was pretty easy with the help of the tool kit, video and instruction manual. We would highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for an in-home spin workout. It's awesome.

I had originally ordered a cheap bike off of Amazon and quickly discovered I got what I paid for. It arrived damaged, rusted, and it was so small that even at the largest adjustment setting, I couldn't ride it without instant hip pain at just 5'5". I was then considering a Peloton bike because I love the Peloton app, but after reading reviews, I decided to get the Keiser M3 instead - so glad I did! I could tell the bike was packaged with care, and it was easy for me to set up. The ride is incredibly comfortable and quiet. I set my iPad on the handlebars so I can ride along with the Peloton app and it works great. Customer service has been good as well. Thanks, Keiser!
