I conducted tons of research on indoor cycling bikes and this is one of the best. We use Keiser M3 at our fitness center and they rarely need servicing. These bikes are a workhorse, as I clock 80-90 mins, 6x's a week. You get what you pay for - many bikes are less than $1K, but last only a few months or are super intrusive at home.
My husband says the M3 is super quiet when I'm riding.
Though the bike doesn't have front aft (to move forward and back) that didn't bother me and I'm 5'0 petite frame.
We were also surprised how small footprint this takes in the house.

I appreciate the digital console, as it allows me to compete against myself each and every time. Get the Keiser bike mat. It's excellent quality and wipes easily from the sweat and holds the weight of the bike.

Mike was my rep and he was great at answering questions and following up quickly. In addition, Keiser emailed instructions in advance, with real photos which helped us build the bike. My husband and I put it together in under 1 hour 15 mins, and we commented how well built these bikes are - super sturdy. The only caveat is that there is lots of packaging. You will need lots of room in your recycling bins.

I used to ride a regular bike for years. It kinda feels like you are free. I learned a lot about it, about fixing, about spare parts and how to choose em. And I wanna say that Keiser made probably one of the best indoor bikes, which would work for multiple tens of years. First time I saw m3i in the gym. People using them non-stop hours each day. And the only problems you will see about them: pedals + saddles. But it's spare parts. You also gonna see a bit of rust, but it's probably because of lack of maintenance and proper cleaning. You not gonna find on this bike modern screen or wifi connectivity, but this is probably something that you should find with other companies because Keiser concentrated on mechanics. After that order I also ordered for myself custom contact pedals, saddle, cycling shorts, boots. I love it. It helps me a lot to improve my English by watching Netflix with subtitles during quarantine times.
