We use compressed air under digital control instead of iron resistance. It has almost no mass, inertia, or momentum. No matter how fast you move, you can’t throw it and you don’t have to slow it.

THE ALL-IN-ONE HIP MASTER
This machine offers hip flexion, extension, adduction, and abduction all in one. It features a split platform to keep your foot from hitting the platform during the leg swing. Arched support bars feature dual resistance controls for forward or sideways positioning and provide more clearance for your leg during high swings. Unlike conventional machines that use iron, the A250 Standing Hip’s low‑inertia design gives you a smooth resistance. It’s perfect for people at any fitness level.
